Duties And Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships by using our needs-based solution development
- Adhering and complying with lending procedures including compliance requirements for both
- Assisting loan officers and other personnel to ensure proper related documentation is prepared
- Sets up and maintains credit and other files for documentation compliance and exception
- Assures compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and procesess, and all applicable state
responsibilities.
- Promoting business for First Bank Texas by maintaining good customer relations and referring
- Participating in monthly branch audit activities
- At least two (2) years banking experience required
- Experience with needs-based selling
- Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and listening proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service to all clients
