Child Care Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities. This role requires a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
• Engage children in play-based learning activities that support their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Maintain effective behavior management strategies to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom and daycare setting.

Skills

• Strong background in childcare, preschool education, or nannying experience.
• Proficiency in toddler care techniques and behavior management strategies.

Experience working with students in a classroom or daycare environment is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with children while promoting their independence and self-esteem.
