Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have , and will be committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. This role involves educating and caring for preschool-aged children. The Child Care Teacher will play a crucial role in promoting literacy education and supporting the developmental milestones of each child.

Responsibilities

• Cater to the diverse needs of children.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Educate children on various subjects, focusing on literacy, social skills, and emotional development.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their child's development.
• Collaborate with other educators and specialists to support children with special education needs or disabilities.
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to promote a strong community within the school.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. In service training will be provided.
• Flexibility in scheduling helpful.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
• A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
• Ability to create an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity among students.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
