SUMMARY
The Equipping Ministry Administrative Assistant role is responsible for assisting with the coordination and oversight of all administrative operations for the Equipping Ministry including Men's Women's Ministries, Groups, Next Steps, Equipping Classes, and other duties as assigned.

Ability to meet all minimum eligibility requirements to be a member of First Naples Church.
Affirm the First Naples statements of belief and practices as codified in our organizational bylaws and detailed in the Baptist Faith and Message confessional statement of 2000.
Maintain a close and healthy walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Maintain a high standard of excellence and moral character.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
Professional and positive demeanor in supporting the Equipping Team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Equipping Team with administrative responsibilities. This includes expense reports, purchase orders, attendance roll supervision, event planning, file organization, budgets, ministry emails, pathway tracking, and other significant administrative duties.
Understand the vision and direction of the Equipping ministry and be able to communicate that information clearly.
Attend meetings as requested and work with appropriate teams, volunteers, and staff in support of the Equipping ministry.
Work closely with the Equipping Team in developing new ideas and special projects.
Supervise volunteers as directed.
Utilize independent judgment in carrying out assigned job duties.
Pursue responsibilities and seek ways to help within the Equipping Ministry.
Serve the designated number of hours per week in the office or supporting the various Equipping Ministries.
Support with oversight of the administration of Equipping Team needs including : Discover First, Baptisms, Discipleship Pathways, Groups, Classes, and other items as directed.
Communicate effectively with leaders, peers, and members.
Maintain a cooperative spirit in assisting the Equpping Team when needed or requested.
Demonstrate stewardship of church resources including supplies, equipment, and intellectual property.
Support the Equipping Team via Microsoft 360, ROCK, Planning Center, Pro-Presenter, and other programs as directed.
Coordinate with the Comms Dept for all graphic design needs.
Understand and adhere to procedural guidelines and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)
2 years associate degree in business or office skills preferred.
Minimum of three years experience in the office arena.
Ability to use and learn software programs and cross-training duties to others.
Positive team player with commitment to quality.
