- Oversee Sunday School attendance and prepare materials.

- Manage newsletters, social media, website, and Canva-designed slides.
- Oversee facility scheduling and maintain church records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred).
- Office administration experience (church setting preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Subsplash.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Pastor, the Administrative Communications Coordinator will manage the church’s administrative needs, oversee communications, and coordinate facility usage. This individual will play a vital role in supporting the church’s mission by ensuring smooth administrative functions, maintaining membership records, and enhancing engagement through effective communication strategies.
