What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Coordinator position at First Baptist St. Charles, MO?
The Finance Coordinator is responsible for executing the financial duties of the church. This is a full-time position (36 hours) working Monday-Thursday in the church office. Medical benefits and retirement benefits are included. Our church averages 650 in worship with 18 full and part-time staff and an annual budget of approximately $2 million.

Responsibilities
- Process weekly giving and coordinate deposits. Insure weekly offerings are posted to individual accounts.
- Manage and oversee Accounts Payable Clerk insuring invoices and statements match.
- Prepare and execute payroll. Prepare tax reports.
- Oversee all financial accounts and prepare financial reports.
- Compile and mail out accurate year-end giving statements annually to all donors.
