Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the custodial operations of the facility
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train and supervise custodial staff members
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Perform routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Address any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Skills:
- Strong custodial experience, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to perform floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff and other departments
