We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Maintenance professional to oversee and manage the maintenance operations within our facility. This role requires a proactive leader who can supervise a team, manage facilities, and maintain high safety standards while addressing maintenance needs.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, low voltage, and high voltage electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs of automated systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in industrial maintenance techniques.
- Manage emergency repairs and respond to urgent maintenance requests promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance work without disrupting operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Experience with facilities management, including overseeing HVAC systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to high voltage systems is essential.
