What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banking Operations Support Supervisor - Hybrid position at First Business Bank?
- Department Supervision - 40%
- Manage Salesforce dashboard to ensure email tickets, new client setup and trainings, and maintenance requests are completed within established SLAs.
- Lead larger and more complicated client product setups and trainings.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily tasks.
- May attend progress meetings with staff including 1:1, performance reviews, and disciplinary consultations.
- Ensure Service Level Agreement and Client Service Standards - 30%
- Assist with coaching Treasury Management Support team members to deliver an exception client experience.
- Assist FBB associates and clients through complex questions or issues and complete follow through when needed.
- Support Treasury Management Sales associates with demos of products.
- Commercial Services Expertise - 10%
- Demonstrate expertise in Business Online Banking, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, XAA, Integrated Payables, SmartPay Express, Positive Pay, and other commercial services offered to business clients.
- Ability to onboard clients with more complex setups utilizing multiple products while still meeting department SLAs.
- Company Leadership and Collaboration - 10%
- Actively participate in collaboration with internal partners.
- Perform on-site training when needed.
- Assist in training on new releases of products and surrounding possible improvements in processes.
- Ongoing Knowledge and Development - 10%
- Attend training classes to learn new products, processes, rules, and regulations as they become available.
- Knowledge of deposit and treasury services functions required
- 5 years operations experience/treasury services experience required
- Attention to detail while multi-tasking and/or ability to handle interruptions, while maintaining focus on results and quality.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
