We're seeking a motivated business development manager to identify and pursue new construction business opportunities in Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will have established connections in the area and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage existing professional network to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions if possible
- Regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and results
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in Northern Virginia market

Position is to be commission based. The job is remote, but candidate must be based in Northern Virginia, as local connections are needed.
