What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Production Worker position at First Capital Fibers?
First Capital Fibers is looking for a general laborer to work in our production warehouse. No experience necessary. Full benefits package includes healthcare and 401K after 90 days. We also participate in employee profit sharing. As an FCF employee, we consider you a part of the family.
Employees performing production\general labor are required to perform any and all tasks as directed by their supervisor.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in unloading trucks.
- Assist with dumping material out of gaylords.
- Inspect material as it is being processed for prohibited materials.
- Sort out grades and remove prohibited materials to maintain grade integrity.
- Assist in loading of trucks as needed.
- Stack skids by hand.
- Stack large boxes neatly on skids.
- Feed and operate the roll cutter.
- Operate forklifts/skid steers upon completion of all necessary training (forklift or bobcat experience is not required).

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to safely lift and carry a minimum of 50-100 lbs. repeatedly.
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1:00am
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
