Behavior Technician

Location : Plainfield School District, School Setting

Status : Monday-Friday, 8-2 : 30pm

First Children Services is currently seeking a Behavior Technician (BT / RBT) to join our team! We proudly supported our focus on education in a new partnership with Capella University, where our employees can take advantage of free CEUs and certificates.

Day to day primary functions :

• Work 1 : 1 with client in independent and group settings
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes
