What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Broker position at First Choice Business Brokers Dallas Metro?

We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, business development or business experience that are looking for the next challenge.
Activities:
-Provide professional services to owners of small to medium-size businesses in order to sell their businesses to qualified buyers.
- Assist in finding the businesses that meet specific requirements, and help in making an informed decision as to which business is the right one.
-Perform financial analysis, market valuation, negotiation, client coaching and transition coordination.
-Work in an exciting and challenging environment, achieving unlimited earnings.

Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant experience, including: business ownership, finance, business to business sales, consumer sales, timeshare sales, commercial realtors and business development.
-The ability to self-support for 6 months
-Competency in technology including CRM systems, email and Microsoft Office suite.
-Background check required (not applicable if you hold an active Real Estate License.)
