Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
- Manage scheduling and appointments using or EMR system and other scheduling tools.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading documents, and data entry.
- Handle incoming mail and packages, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as required, demonstrating strong time management skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
