About Us:
First Choice Constructors S&B LLC specializes in roofing, siding, and gutters, with extensive experience handling insurance claims. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Claims Processing Specialist / Office Assistant to assist with processing claims and office administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, file, and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely processing and resolution.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, clients, and team members to facilitate claims.
- Maintain and update schedules using Google Calendar.
- Utilize Google Docs and Docusign for document preparation and management.
- Assist with ordering materials and coordinating deliveries.
- Organize and manage office files and records.
- Operate and troubleshoot office equipment such as printers and scanners.
- Assist with social media marketing and online presence.
Qualifications:
- Must know how to use Xactimate.
- Experience with insurance claims processing is required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is beneficial.
- Experience with Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Docusign.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and independently.
