What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader position at First Choice Facilities?
Responsibilities:
- Supervising Crew Members and keeping them on track.
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Assist with planting, watering, mulching, weeding, and other landscape maintenance activities as needed.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Must have a clean driving record
Preferred Requirements:
- Class E License (CDL preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in landscape maintenance field(mowing, trimming, etc.)
- Proficient using smart phone and phone applications
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour
