Job Summary
This position is responsible for converting leads into sales through wholesale marketing, direct prospecting and building lists of investor buyers.
These are three primary goals the Dispositions Coordinator: Assign properties to investors, increase our investor base and develop our property marketing strategy & reach.
Must possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and have the ability to work in fast paced environment. Responsiveness and speed are everything. Taking calls, returning email & voice mail messages, providing information as quickly as possible id key to your success. High producing real estate roles require us to be connected. In order to be successful in this role, taking calls from clients on nights & weekends is critical. Interacting with the team on off hours is also critical.
You will need to be a people-oriented person with ability to interact with others. The person will possess the ability to communicate with clear intent to get the job done, and be dedicated to continuous improvement, meeting company quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
- Networking, email blasts, cold-calling, and related follow-up with the overall objective of selling off properties and contracts to investors, rehab buyers, etc.
- Increasing the current list of potential investor buyers through creative measures such as investor meet ups, FB videos and video emails
- Work to match real estate investor with properties that fit their business needs.
- Increase our investor base through outbound prospecting calls
- Work Cash buyers list to schedule consultations through outbound texting
- Use texting platforms to market new wholesale properties to all Cash Buyers.
- Follow up with VIP buyer list for every new wholesale property.
- Handle incoming leads to service their needs and gather their qualifications
- Improving our marketing strategy & reach will directly impact your success in assignment of properties
- Develop our property marketing strategy & reach
- Build lists of cash buyers
- Support the lead manager by taking seller calls or making outbound calls to seller leads.
- Use all marketing platforms as a supplement to or in absence of the marketing coordinator.( ie FB Posts, website updates, email blasts).

Key Performance Indicators
- Have 20 conversations with cash buyer investors per week
- Add 3 new qualified cash buyers to the VIP wholesale buyer list per week.
- Schedule 1 new investor buyer consultations per week.
- Contact all incoming sales leads within 20 minutes of lead coming in.
- Schedule 8 showings on wholesale inventory (rehab or retail) from current and past leads this week.
- Generate 5 or more offers per week.
- Generate 2 wholesale contracts per week to turn over to Dispo Manager
Compensation
Average sales compensation is $100,000/year
- Follow FCHB Wholesale Dispositions process map to support the department
- Show homes to prospective investor buyers
- Conduct investor buyer consultations in the office
- Write contracts and negotiate offers to sell homes for FCHB
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
