Pay and Benefits :

Pay rate is from $19-$23 (pay is based off experience raises based on performance every 6 months)

First Choice pays travel time and mileage

30-40 hours

Monday - Friday

• with an on call rotation every 6th weekend.

Responsibilities :

Qualifications : Active CNA license

Valid Driver's license

Reliable transportation
