Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. The Project Manager will utilize various project management tools and methodologies to facilitate project success.
Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Utilize tools such as Basecamp, Project Server, and Redmine for project tracking and collaboration.
- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and adaptability.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues.
- Oversee contract negotiations and manage vendor relationships as necessary.
- Perform data analysis to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with scope management principles to maintain project integrity.
- Experience in landscape project bidding is preferred but not necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience in team management with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in project management tools including Basecamp, Project Server, Redmine, and Primavera.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in project management.
- Excellent scope management skills with the ability to define clear project objectives.
- Solid data analysis skills for evaluating project outcomes and making informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.87 - $25.22 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
