Job Summary : The Accounting Clerk supports the finance team by maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting with routine accounting tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll
Assist with preparation and processing payroll.
Process invoices, verify amounts, and ensure timely payment to vendors.
Accurately enter and update financial transactions in the company’s accounting software.
Assist with bank reconciliations, deposits, and bank-related tasks as required.
Compile financial data and prepare reports as required by the finance team.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions :
This role is office-based, with a standard schedule. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet financial deadlines.

Physical Requirements :
