As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, reaching out via phone, text, and email to schedule appointments for our sales team. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base by generating leads, following up with prospects, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow provided scripts.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to potential customers.
- Follow up with unsold leads and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Assist with showroom walk-ins and off-site events as needed.
- Meet weekly performance benchmarks for appointments and demos.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance performance.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.

- Basic computer skills – Experience with CRM software is a plus, but training will be provided.
