Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing information flow, building relationships with clients and partners, and participating in marketing events.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client calls and emails within 24 hours.
- Set up meetings and schedule appointments with clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and carriers to ensure proper paperwork is received and in good order.
- Build retirement plans that match client needs.
- Conduct product research and provide quotes for prospective/ existing clients.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workplace products (Google Docs/Sheets/Drive, Gmail).
- Experience in a financial services office, especially working with public employees.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Discretion and confidentiality are necessary for protecting client information.
Compensation:
- $40k - $50k base salary plus commission & bonuses.
- $200k plus potential.
- Health, Dental, Vision 100% paid after 90 days.
- PTO, Vacation time & paid holidays after 90 days.
