Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our team in the Pre-K to 4th grade class on Sunday mornings 10-12 noon. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong communication and mentoring skills. As a School Teacher, you will play a vital role in educating and nurturing students to help them reach their full potential.
Duties:
- Create engaging lesson plans and deliver instruction in accordance with the curriculum
- Provide individualized support to children as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with parent to support student development
- Utilize effective communication skills to engage students and facilitate learning
Skills:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Ability to pass a background check and training on best practices
- Proficiency in supporting children aged 4-11 in a learning and playing including coming up with appropriate activities
- Church background is preferred and teaching experience in a church is welcomed.
