Join First Class HALT, a specialized automotive service provider for Honda, Acura, Lexus, and Toyota vehicles. We are looking for a dedicated individual to take on a dual role as a Shuttle Driver and Office Assistant to support our team and customers.

Job Overview

This dual-role position requires a balance of driving responsibilities and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will shuttle customers to and from our location and assist with daily office operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our service center.

Key Responsibilities as a Transportation Specialist

  • Safe and Timely Transportation: Provide courteous shuttle service to customers and staff, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily checks of the shuttle vehicle to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Customer Interaction: Offer excellent customer service by assisting customers with queries and providing information about our services.
  • Efficient Route Management: Plan and execute efficient driving routes to minimize wait times and enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities as an Office Assistant

  • Administrative Support: Assist the office staff with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Customer Service: Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Help schedule service appointments and manage customer bookings.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and organizing office and shop supplies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Must be friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
