Company Description
First Class Senior Care is a service provider offering Care Management and Placement for seniors. Our Care Management service handles the changes and transitions a senior may be experiencing, while also providing placement services for seniors who can no longer stay safely at home. We aim to provide information and guidance to seniors and their families to meet the needs for the senior to age safely in place or in a community.
Role Description
This is a Part-Time (apx. 15-18 hrs/wk., on Monday, Tuesdays & Wednesday; 9:30am -2:30pm) this is an on site role for a Technical Administrative Assistant at First Class Senior Care. Duties include managing administrative processes, able to work with CRM's, high level of clerical skills, such as, data entry and file management, customer service via phone and email, assisting with technical issues, and potentially light travel to client meetings. This job is located in West Los Angeles.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible, organized and willing to have a "can do" attitude
- Experience with administrative processes and clerical skills, such as data entry and file management
- Administrative assistance experience, including scheduling and CRM's
- Strong customer service skills, including phone and email communication with clients
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, G Suite, WIX and Zoom
- Experience with technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and basic network knowledge is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
