We're looking for a super-friendly, organized, and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our pack. As our clients' first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring their experience at our clinic is top-notch. FCNMHP operates a high-volume, quality-care clinic with a large spay/neuter department, so excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic are necessary. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their furry friends with a smile and a wag
- Scheduling appointments and responding to emails
- Effectively communicate financing with clients
- Managing patient records and processing payments
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll also need to be able to multi-task and think on your feet (or paws!).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Familiarity with veterinary medicine and terminology (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a fun and supportive work environment, competitive pay, health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and life insurance), veterinary discounts, 401K, and many opportunities to interact with some of the cutest patients around. All of this, plus the extra that you will be making a positive difference in the lives of pets, their owners, and the community as a whole...
So, if you're ready to unleash your potential and join our pack, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter telling us why you think you'd be a great fit for this role. We can't wait to hear from you!
