The HR Coordinator works within the human resources department to complete smaller administrative and clerical tasks to keep the company functioning effectively. The HR coordinator works hand in hand with the Human Recourses Director and Human Resources Manager to meet the new hire and onboarding and credentialing requirements for all new hires.
This position requires employee to be on site and work 8:00-4:30pm Monday-Friday with a 30minute meal break (unpaid); no OT unless approved in advance.
Job Skills / Requirements
- Held accountable for conducting in person interviews and assist with selection process
- Work closely with recruitment team
- Required to complete all FCS, state and federal related onboarding steps and requirement for all new hires
- Responsible for ordering uniforms and supplies for the operational team
- Liable for coordinating with operations team; orientation and OJT requirements for new hires
- Manage the office and all its required responsibilities
- Will liaison and work closely with the corporate HR team
- Mange and report hires, terms and changes in employment of all assigned employees
- Responsible for upkeep of employee personnel files
- Will assist and drive employee engagement initiatives
- Responsible for driving to client location to deliver items
- Accountable for maintaining state and federal law posters
- All other job functions to maintain office and support of operations team
