Bilingual Resource Specialist
There is an immediate opening in the Information Center for a Resource Specialist. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping people, have great communication skills with both members and co-workers, possess strong organizational, analytical and multitasking skills and enjoy working in a fast pace environment. Duties include fielding inbound calls and chats to assist members with analyzing, researching and resolving inquiries related to member accounts, conducting basic financial transactions and other various tasks.
