What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Officer position at First Community Credit Union?
We are currently seeking an Asset Recovery Officer (ARO) for our headquarter location in the Northwest Houston area of Copperfield. The ARO is responsible for performing collection activities associated with delinquent member accounts, including Visa credit and debit cards, lines of credit, secured loans, signature loans, and real estate loans. This role also reviews delinquent accounts, determines our Credit Union's position and as circumstances indicate, directs and assists legal counsel in collections proceedings. The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of one to three years of similar or related experience available to work rotational Saturdays.
