What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Collections Officer position at First Community Credit Union?
First Community Credit Union is looking for a Senior Asset Recovery Officer (Sr. ARO), based out of our Copperfield headquarters in Northwest Houston. The Sr. ARO will need to control delinquent loans and collection of payments, assist with escalated/complicated collections scenarios, and coach/mentor other Asset Recovery Officers in the department. This individual will oversee and support the various areas of collections, to include (but not limited to): Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI), delinquency queues, repossession of auto loans and other collateral, commercial/real estate loans, legal desk responsibilities, etc. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of three years of Collections experience. Saturday availability is required.
