What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at First Community Credit Union?
We are currently seeking a Manager (VP) of Marketing for our headquarter office located in the Copperfield area.
The qualified candidate, under the direction of the SVP Director of Marketing, is responsible for coordinating and directing marketing functions and for the formulation, development, and implementation of Credit Union marketing goals and objectives. Participates in the inception and development of new services and products based on perceived member needs.
Organizes and directs the Marketing Department and ensures that marketing projects are well coordinated and complement the strategic objectives of the Credit Union. Develops marketing strategy, analyzes data reports, policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure efficient and effective marketing operations.
Supervises and appraises the activities of subordinate personnel and ensures that all promotional activities are performed professionally and timely.
