Duties / Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for enhancing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of frontline staff to ensure they deliver exceptional member experiences. Assist department managers in developing, creating, updating, and maintaining applicable procedures.

Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
