Dates of Coverage :
Starting February 7, 2025, with ongoing needs to support two full-time providers.Reason for Coverage :
Cover our two Hampton Roads clinics when providers need time off or while one of our positions is vacant.
Practice Setting : Occupational Health
Schedule :
Monday-Friday 8 : 00-close (close at 4 : 30pm but can be delayed by walk in injuries)
