Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from accredited School of Nursing, Associates degree, or Diploma
- Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
- American Heart Association BLS
- American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months of hire
- 18 months of Registered Nurse experience
- Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
- Preferred: 1 year circulating experience
- Preferred: 1 year scrub experience
- Collects Comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or the situation (Assessment)
- Analyzes the assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues (Diagnosis)
- Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or the situation
- Develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes (Plan of Care)
- Implements the identified plan of care
- Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment
- Systematically enhances the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice
- Attains knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practice
- Evaluates ones own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standards and guidelines, relevant statutes, rules and regulations
