Job Summary
In this role, you will assist the Center/Branch Manager in daily operations and provide exceptional customer service to a diverse population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare work schedules and assist with bank balancing, staff meetings, and customer care.
- Control security video processes as directed by policy and upper management.
- Assist in delivering quality customer service through personal contact and adherence to approved quality standards.
- Achieve monthly new account production targets assigned by upper management.
- Motivate staff to achieve retail and new account production goals.
- Manage the branch in the absence of the manager.
- Conduct training for new hires.
- Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish-speaking population.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the manager, such as opening or closing the branch.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand or walk for extended periods dependent on branch location.
- Operate a computer and other office machinery.
- Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
