Title Support position plays a supportive role in closing real estate transactions. This role is responsible for entering orders & data, managing customer service inquiries, and supporting our Title Examiners.
Responsibilities
- Order Processing
Prepare new orders received from realtors, private sellers, attorneys, or lenders for courthouse searching.
- Courthouse
Daily courthouse searching at the Register of Deeds and Treasurer offices.
- Customer Service
Answers phone calls / questions relating to file progression
Answer phone calls / questions regarding title products
Answering phone calls / questions regarding other miscellaneous items
- Administrative Tasks
Assist with retrieving documents from Microfiche machine that are needed for title.
Prepare mailings – includes returning of recorded mortgages to lenders
Scanning
- Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team
