Schedule / Expected Work Hours :

Monday through Friday, 9 : 00a - 5 : 00p. Position may also be required to participate in admin on-call rotation.

Job Summary

Plans, develops, and directs the programs, services, activities, and employees of the Agency.

Reports To : Governing Body

Provides Supervision to : Personnel Coordinator, Service Coordinator(s), and ant other non-clinical administrative staff

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure the Agency's organizational structure aligns with its mission.

Appoint a qualified alternate Administrator and ensure availability during all operating hours.

Ensure qualified personnel and a Director of Clinical Services are available during all hours.

Lead the Agency’s strategic planning, policy formulation, and program development.

Maintain compliance with federal / state regulations and manage relationships with governing bodies.

Oversee public relations and marketing to enhance public understanding of home care and foster healthcare community relationships.

Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation according to Agency goals.

Participate in quality assurance programs, staff recruitment, hiring, and development.

Qualifications

Is a licensed medical practitioner, a registered nurse, or holds an undergraduate degree.

Experience in health service administration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local levels.

Knowledge of business management.
