We are seeking a Commercial Integration Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently prospect and contact potential clients through networking, cold calling and other lead generating activities
- Engaging with current clients to maintain relationships, generate upsells, and gain referrals
- Utilize approved company materials to deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by First Defense Security including security, access control, and CCTV product lines
- Complete sales agreements and all paperwork needed to close deals
- Visit installations and contact clients post installation to ensure their satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly \and quarterly sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years industry experience in small business or commercial sales with a proven record of success
- Minimum of three (3) years of outside B2B sales with a proven record of success
- Have consistently met or exceeded sales goals in previous sales positions
- Must have strong prospecting and communication skills
- Familiarity and comfort using CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients and present before high level
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
