Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and creative Spanish Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will introduce our children to the Spanish language through interactive lessons, songs, games, and storytelling. You will foster a love for language learning while supporting the development of social and cognitive skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging Spanish language lessons tailored to preschool learners.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Utilize songs, stories, and hands-on activities to teach vocabulary, basic grammar, and cultural awareness.
- Assess and track student progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate Spanish language learning into the broader curriculum.
- Participate in school events and parent-teacher meetings.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills.
- Experience teaching young children, preferably in a preschool setting.
- A passion for language education and cultural diversity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with children and parents effectively.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
