First Division Consulting is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
The contractor shall :
- Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and system specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Create and maintain documentation templates and standards.
- Review and update existing documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with government standards.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Assist in the development of training materials and presentations.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
