First Division Consulting is seeking a Program / Project Manager II to fill a role located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division.
The contractor will be required to perform the following task(s) :
- Lead and oversee IT projects, ensuring timely completion, resource allocation, and effective risk management.
- Responsible for planning, execution, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Manage a team, assign responsibilities, and ensure adherence to project goals and client requirements.
