DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor, maintain and develop current websites, optimizing for the best user experience and CTAs.
- Wordpress experience preferred
- Build and a / b test lead forms and landing pages.
- Administer digital marketing tools and products for internal users.
- Create, understand and review SEO and CRM reporting to discuss with the management team.
- Develop, implement and monitor email campaigns with CRM software.
- Manage and monitor all aspects of online advertising and social media efforts.
- Assists with projects to completion and ensure that they are in compliance with the specifics detailed through First Federal Compliance and Risk Management policies.
- Continuously review and recommend the latest technologies, which can help streamline workflow and web navigation.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members and departments in overseeing projects and deadlines. Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.
- Able to work in person in our Overland Park, KS, office a minimum of 3 days per business week.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
3 years’ experience in digital marketing and web development, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industries. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices. Proven track record in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines. Excellent design, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to inspire and motivate team members inside and outside the marketing department. Proficient with Tableau, Hubspot, Velocify, Total Expert or similar CRM software. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business or similar field. Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
