DESCRIPTION:
First Financial Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Advisor to join our team of financial advisors and partners in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in directly interacting with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This Wealth Management Advisor position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate within a client-driven and team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Assist in opening and maintaining client accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct client education sessions and workshops to help clients understand financial concepts, products, and services.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain and update client information in firm’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work closely with senior financial advisors to support various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing client service and operational efficiency.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of experience as a wealth management advisor, client relationship manager or similar role within a financial planning or wealth management firm is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) licenses are required. A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred, or the ability to obtain it after the date of hire.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Compensation: Base salary range between $70K-$80K, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
