- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and TILA (Truth in Lending Act) requirements.
- Utilize accounting software and financial software to analyze client data effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct credit analysis to assess risk factors associated with potential borrowers.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote loan products and services effectively.
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks related to loan processing.
