Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of children aged 3 to 5 years, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development through various activities and lessons.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Educate children in foundational skills such as literacy, math, and social skills through interactive activities.
- Communicate effectively with children to support their learning and development.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
- Assess children's progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive social interactions among students.
- Collaborate with special education staff to support children with diverse learning needs.
Requirements
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
- Previous experience working in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in preschool education.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
