INTRODUCTION

We are not building an ordinary family office—we are creating a generational powerhouse. This is about building, investing in, and scaling world-class assets, teams, and companies on a level few can even comprehend or dare to attempt. The vision for our portfolio is to have our assets, teams, and companies absolutely dominate their respective market segments and / or industries, on a global scale.

Additionally, since this is a First-Generation Single Family Office (SFO) , it means we are in the trenches, building, investing in, and scaling everything from the ground up. There are no safety nets—only massive opportunities and asymmetric upside . In order for us to execute at this level, we need an elite financial architect and capital strategist who can take the reins of our entire financial operation—someone who doesn’t just play with numbers, but wields capital as a weapon to fuel unstoppable growth.

THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY

This is NOT a cushy corporate CFO role. This is NOT for someone who needs hand-holding. This is a high-stakes, high-reward, high-autonomy position for someone who is ready to own the financial and capital strategy of an emerging First-Generation Single Family Office (SFO) that is building a MASSIVE portfolio .

You will serve as our Founder & CEO's Right-Hand Business Partner —a financial "co-founder" in spirit and execution —who will be directly responsible for :

Taking complete ownership of capital strategy, fundraising, and financial engineering.

Raising significant amounts of capital ($10M-$100M ) in days / weeks, not months. If you can’t, you’re not the right fit.

Architecting world-class financial structures —leveraged buyouts, SPVs, securitization, structured equity / debt, hybrid financing, etc.

Overseeing the financial strategies across our ENTIRE portfolio —ensuring each PC that we build and / or invest in has the capital, structure, and financial leadership to scale aggressively and exponentially.

Solving problems before they ever reach our Founder & CEO. If he has to come up with every solution, you’re not the person we need. He is the visionary Systems Engineer and builder —you are the financial mastermind who ensures we always have the capital, resources, and strategy to execute at the highest levels.

You will also be the "CEO" of the following responsibilities :

Capital Raising & Investor Relations

Raise any amount and type of capital, at any time, from any source (e.g. Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds, UHNWIs, Institutions, etc.).

Develop deep, strategic relationships and partnerships with top-tier capital allocators.

Engineer and sell financial opportunities that investors immediately say yes to, no questions asked (because you are that good at what you do).

Financial Strategy & Execution

Structure complex, multi-layered financial deals that maximize value.

Manage financial strategy across our ENTIRE portfolio .

Design tax-efficient, risk-optimized capital structures .

Portfolio Oversight & Business Scaling

Work with the CFOs of each PC to ensure financial health & capital efficiency.

Create financial playbooks and operating systems to drive exponential growth.

Act as a trusted advisor and strategic operator within our Singe Family Office (SFO).

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

This is a high-upside, high-stakes role with a compensation structure built for an elite CFO & Capital Raising Partner , which will include, but not be limited to, the following :

Strong base salary ($750k) aggressive "salary-matching" performance bonus ($750k) —you get rewarded for actual results, not just effort .

Equity stake (vesting-based, tied to your performance and deliverables), enabling participation in ALL liquidity events —your upside is directly tied to our success.

Full benefits (i.e. medical, dental, vision, etc.);

A business expense account.
