First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Corporate Card Systems Officer to join the Corporate Card Department Team. The Corporate Card Systems Officer serves as the subject matter expert for the department and is responsible for developing products and services by identifying upgrades and enhancements to the Commercial Card itself and its supported suite of products. This includes but is not limited to CentreSuite, FHB ePayables, and SmartData Online. As the business unit’s technical SME, this role serves as the owner of all systems used by the Commercial Card department, including but not limited to TSYS, CentreSuite, FHB ePayables, and SmartData Online.
Compensation
The annual pay range for this role is $74k - $88k/year; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00PM; hours may vary.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, information technology, marketing, accounting, or equivalent experience degree in business, finance, economics, information
- Preferred degree or certification in IT or MIS or equivalent work experience
- 3 years’ experience in credit card issuing preferredAccounts Payable or Procurement knowledge helpful preferred
- 5 years’ progressively responsible banking or financial services experience required
- 3 years in business process automation required
- Proficiency in system administration required
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
- Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines to completion in a timely manner with quality results
- Excellent time management skills
- Possesses sales skills to enhance business development objectives
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to build relationships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, business partners and teammates to foster a collaborative work environmnet
- Highly Proficient in Office 365 suite of applications
- Ability to program in SQL, Trogdor, Python, etc.
