We are currently seeking a collaborative, analytical Technical Support & Application Developer to join our EOS – Application Support team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions to digitize and automate business processes for Enterprise Operations Services (EOS). Provides technical support to end-users, troubleshoots software and hardware issues for EOS enterprise applications.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary)
This position requires on-call 24/7 availability to provide technical support for ATM applications and devices.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $ 73,000 - $91,500/yr; commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in API Integrations, User Interface, Web Development, Development Ops or equivalent experience required.
- Master’s degree in computer science or information technology systems, emphasis in business processes highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle required.
- 5 years of experience in the development of applications with strong portfolio of applications developed inclusive of:
- Experience with database systems such as SQL, Python, Oracle, including writing complex queries and database designs.
- Experience with application frameworks and libraries for building applications.
- Demonstrates experience using version control and bank-approved systems for managing code changes.
- Experience with Agile software development practices.
- Experience in building test cases (i.e., unit tests, integration tests) and ability to debug applications effectively.
- Experience with deployment strategies and tools to deploy developed applications in production.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, HTML, ASP, ASP.NET 2.0 (C#), CSS, SQL Server, IIS, and browsers
- Working knowledge of VBScript, JavaScript, ODBC, Windows Server, Visual Web Developer,
- Demonstrated experience in Agile methodology and SDLC.
- Experience building multi-tiered applications.
- Ability to work with stakeholders of all levels.
- Contact with external parties such as consultants, vendors, and web professionals
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Possesses presentation and training skills.
- Possesses research skills to enhance business development objectives.
- Able to create quality written technical/project management documentation
- Able to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail while meeting prescribed deadlines
- Must be able to use sound judgment and discretion regarding reports and confidential information
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
