First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused, detail-oriented Sales & Service Advisor to join our Manoa Branch Team. In this role, you will assist branch management to lead, coach, and inspire a team of skilled bankers to consistently meet and exceed the branch sales, service, and “digital first” goals and ensure the branch team consistently executes the lobby engagement protocols.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $44,720 - $53,040/yr, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary)
Work Arrangement
This role is an on-site work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a business-related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales, customer service, lending or financial services role; or
- High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years’ experience in sales, customer service, lending or financial services role
- 2 years’ retail / branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar experience within the financial services industry, including:
- Extensive knowledge of financial products and services; and
- Ability to comprehend and explain complex credit concepts obtained through training and field work.
- Demonstrated record of success in sales and service leadership in coaching and training staff preferred.
- Possesses sales and service skills to enhance business development objectives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team to make decisions, research and solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to research, solve problems independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to make decisions using prudent judgment with FHB policy and procedures.
- Must be digitally savvy, confident and well-versed on the use of digital banking technology to fulfill routine day-to-day needs.
- Agile and resourceful as it relates to working in a fast-paced changing environment.
