Compensation: $26-28/hour, 55-58k/year, plus full benefits
Financial Services firm in downtown Seattle is immediately looking to fill a Client Services Representative. This position will answer incoming client calls and offer direct customer service support as needed. In addition, this position provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports and correspondence, handling information requests and performing various clerical functions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Answer incoming phone calls from clients and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Answer customer service inquiries as needed.
- Perform reception duties.
- Perform various clerical tasks, including maintaining both paper and electronic files.
- Conduct research.
- Prepare internal reports, memos, letters and other documents across departments.
- Work directly with department management and staff to provide administrative support as needed and as requested.
- Assist with meeting planning and scheduling.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Processes outgoing mail.
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous customer service, clerical and/or administrative experience desirable, but not required.
- Exceptional phone skills are a requirement.
- Degree in business, accounting and/or relevant field also desirable. Two years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is a baseline prerequisite. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a big plus.
- Candidate must possess an extremely high attention to detail.
- Candidate should also be comfortable interacting directly with clients.
- Strong written and verbal proficiencies.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a time-sensitive environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Desire to learn a business from the ground up and grow within a company.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
